“Unexpected quality and attention to detail in a hotel restaurant”

Was staying at Hotel Atlantic during a trade show in the off season and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel's "Green" restaurant. Super-high quality ingredients (rich, sweet REAL aged balsamic presented for the salad, for example, and where did they find such bright tasting tomatoes in January??) - fish cooked perfectly, local shrimp sweet as candy, even a wonderful house red - a local (sort of) Sangiovese made by the owner. Plus vegan and vegetarian options! I found myself returning over and over again and was not disappointed in any instance
