Our Menu: locally sourced ingredients and organic recipes

At our restaurant good quality starts from a selection of local Italian ingredients from nearby farms and organic dishes.

From morning you are invited to enjoy your breakfast consisting of a rich variety of foods produced from local growers and markets. You must taste our organic honey coming from the local hillside village of Mondaino and our exqusite croissants which are egg, sugar and dairy free.

Our menu offers fresh organic dishes on a daily basis, from pastas to meats and vegetables to desserts. Head chef Lucio Antonietti prefers using only organic raw ingredients which are carefully selected from the best Italian producers. We endeavour to use local suppliers as much as we can.
