At the Atlantic Restaurant the focus on quality begins with the selection of typical foods, locally-sourced menus and organic dishes.
So, from early morning, at breakfast guests can enjoy a rich variety of organically-farmed products including organic honey produced in Mondaino in the nearby hills of the Marche or delicious spelt and kamut croissants made without eggs, milk or sugar.
Each day our menus include organic dishes; from pasta to meats, from vegetables right through to dessert, our chef, Lucio Antonietti, favours the use of organic products carefully selected from the best Italian producers and wherever possible, locally sourced.
Whole-wheat “Latini” organic spaghetti with asparagus and Fossa cheese from Sogliano PDO on a coulis of fresh tomato.
Tofu bites under a blanket of organic courgettes with extra-virgin olive oil.
