1. When is the room I’ve booked available from?
Our aim is to make our guests wait as little as possible!
If your room was vacant the night prior to your arrival, you’ll find the room available from early morning.
If it was occupied, we will prepare it for you as soon as it has been vacated, ensuring it is thoroughly cleaned.
As all rooms must be vacated by 12 am on departure day at the latest, your room will be cleaned and available from 2.00 pm the same day.
2. At what time do I have to vacate my room on departure day?
On departure day, rooms must be vacated by 12.00 am..
On request and subject to availability, guests can arrange to keep their room for longer (for example, until the evening). However, this option must be expressly agreed with reception and may entail payment of a supplement (Day Use).
3. Where can I park my car?
The Atlantic Hotel has a new garage under the Lungomare della Libertà seafront, just outside the hotel: we recommend you book a parking space, which is subject to availability. Access is guaranteed 24 hours a day and your insured, reserved and protected parking space is just a few metres from the hotel. The service is provided at a daily rate not included in the cost of the room. The supplement is € 25.00 per day. For further information and bookings.
4. Are the use of the pool and the wellness centre included in your rates?
Yes. All our guests can use the pool and the services and facilities of the Atlantjde wellness area (with indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, sauna and fitness area with Technogym equipment) at no extra cost. Opening times are from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm all year round.
5. How are beach services and facilities organized?
The Atlantic Hotel recommends the use of the services and facilities of the beach opposite the hotel (Bagno Riccardo e Davide, no. 86), which offers special rates for hotel guests.
However, the use of sunshades or umbrellas is not included in the Atlantic Hotel price and the cost varies depending on your particular needs. We can however, provide you with an estimate of the costs and if necessary, book your beach facilities too.
6. Is the hotel open all year round? Is the restaurant always open?
The Atlantic Hotel is open 365 days a year, with the exception of rare occasions when we have to close to carry out maintenance work or make new installations (this will be indicated on this website). Restaurant services are available from the beginning of Easter to October, whilst during the winter period, opening generally coincides with the hosting of meetings or conferences and should therefore, be agreed or ascertained at the time of booking.
7. How big are the Superior rooms? How big are the Junior Suites?
Superior-type rooms are 18 m², inclusive of the en-suite bathroom, entrance hall and room.
Rooms on the 1st floor have a terrace overlooking the hanging garden (size from 4 to 12 m²), whilst rooms on the 2nd to 5th floors have a small private balcony.
Rooms on the 6th floor do not have a balcony, but do have large windows that offer magnificent panoramic views.
Junior Suites are approximately double the size of Superior rooms and have an entrance hall, larger en-suite bathroom, lounge (approx. 14 m²) and bedroom (approx. 16 m²).
8. Is it possible to book apartments or communicating rooms?
Yes, guests can book an apartment consisting in two double rooms and an en-suite bathroom (the ideal solution for families with small children).
We also have some communicating Superior double rooms (two independent rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom) with a communicating internal sliding door.
9. Is the hotel suitable for young children?
or many years the Atlantic Hotel has welcomed numerous children with the same impeccable style it welcomes all guests. In particular, with regard to the restaurant, we are happy to prepare meals and special dishes on request (with notice given directly to our restaurant staff).
Note: entrance to the restaurant for children under 3 years of age is permitted from midday to 1.00 pm and from 7.00 pm> to 8.00 pm.
On request it is possible to put a bed with safety barriers in the room for our youngest guests.
10. What type of service does the hotel restaurant offer?
The Green Restaurant, which is run by our maître d’ Antonio Temperini, is the pride and joy of the Atlantic Hotel and has a long tradition of impeccable service and top-quality cuisine, prepared by our chef, Lucio Antonietti. During the summer season it is possible to lunch or dine at the hotel choosing from the vast selection of dishes on our menu of the day, which range from typical local specialities to fish menus.
There’s also an à la carte offer for lunch or dinner, with a choice of menu that includes seasonal specialities prepared by the chef.
The restaurant is open from 1.00 pm for lunch and from 8.00 pm for dinner. For children under 3 years of age entrance to the restaurant is from midday to 1.00 pm and from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
11. Is it possible to use Internet at the hotel?
The Atlantic offers numerous options for connecting to Internet, ranging from more traditional solutions, that is telephone connection via modem from every hotel room and from every public area, to the Atlantic wireless network that offers free wireless Internet connection from any part of the hotel. We also have a free Internet point, which is available for guests to use 24 hours a day, in the hotel reception area.
12. What do the half board and full board formulas include?
As well as accommodation and breakfast, guests booking on half board basis can choose whether to have lunch or dinner at the hotel, whilst guests booking on full board basis will have both meals at the hotel. Drinks at mealtimes are not included in the packages and neither are drinks at the bar or from the mini-bar or room service. For further information, simply contact the hotel reception.
