form or official notices to our
staff during the telephone reservation
or via e-mail must be corrected.
In particular lend attention to
the phone numbers and the dates
of arrival and departure. |

Times and procedures of reservation |
|
|
The
reservation executed through the
form found in these pages must be
controlled from our staff who will
verify the compatibility with the
current availability. After the
sending of the reservation form,
you will receive an immediate confirmation
via e-mail that will signal the
correctness of the operation. Within
12 hours you will then receive the
confirmation from our booking departement
that you have carried out. In the
case in which you do not receive
one timely confirmation, conctact

Arrival day. |
|
|
The
arrival day indicates the day of
the arrival (if you reserve more
rooms and in various dates, specify
the date of arrival of each room).
If you have to change the stay respect
of indicated, we pray you to inform
us timely.

|
Timetable of arrival. |
|
|
With
arrival timetable an approximate
forecast of the hour of arrival
in hotel agrees: its respect is
not compulsory, prays to you however
to inform us in advance of timetable
variation, so as to be able to organize
to the best your reception. If the
variation on timetable is consisting,
our staff can decide to cancel the
reservation.

|
Accomodation. |
|
|
The
voice accomodation indicates the
various tipologies and configurations
of the rooms. In order to reserve
more rooms than various type, you
can specify type and number in the
filed "Other dispositions".

|
|
|
|
Arrangement. |
|
|
The
arrangement voice indicates the
type of wished service: the full
board previews, beyond to the bed
and breackfast, the meal of the
lunch and of the dinner. The bed
and breackfast can be integrated
from eventual extra meal (in any
case, drinks are excluded from the
indicated rates). The first breackfast
is included in all our quotations.
